If you have any questions, wish to raise a complaint with us, or are dissatisfied with the care provided, please try to discuss this with the midwives and/or ultrasound technicians.
Complaints regulations
Under the Wkkgz, the Belle Vie Midwifery Practice is required, with effect from 1 January 2017, to be affiliated with a dispute resolution body recognised by the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport. In accordance with the KNOV complaints procedure, we, as midwives, are members of the Midwifery Dispute Resolution Body. You can contact them for assistance with any complaints.
