During my training as a registered nurse, I soon realised I preferred working in the delivery rooms. Once I’d qualified, I decided to continue my studies at the Midwifery School in Heerlen. For me, the birth of a child remains a fascinating experience. It is an exciting event, and one that is also entirely natural. I believe in thorough preparation. With great passion and dedication, I want to work with you to make your pregnancy and the birth of your child a truly special occasion.
I am married to René and together we have three wonderful adult daughters, each with a partner, and since December 2025 we have been proudly fulfilling our roles as grandparents. In my spare time, I enjoy being creative or spending time outdoors in nature. I’ve been swimming ever since I was born, and running is a challenge for me.
