My name is Sjifra Schenning and I work as an ultrasound technician. I qualified as a midwife in 2000, after which I worked for over 12 years in a partnership in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. I no longer practise as a midwife. I have always been very drawn to the field of ultrasound scanning. That is why, in 2012, I made the switch from midwifery to ultrasound scanning. In this way, I continue to play my part in providing comprehensive antenatal care.
During pregnancy, being able to see, amongst other things, the growth and health of your unborn baby remains a special and unique experience. It is with great passion that I look forward to guiding you through this wonderful world of ultrasound.
I live in Aalst with my partner and our two teenage sons. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to an audiobook, taking the dog for a long walk through the woods, or relaxing by playing my harp. A day at the sauna also makes me very happy.
